Overview
The ngx_http_referer_module module allows you to block access to the service for requests with invalid Referer request header values. According to the documentation, when setting the value none as a valid referrer, the “Referer” field is missing in the request header. This makes it impossible to validate the referrer and this is a vulnerability.
